These Business Terms apply to business users, company representatives, profile managers, and anyone using Ratingeer’s business-facing features, pages, or tools.
If you access, claim, manage, or use business-related services on Ratingeer, you agree to these Business Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the business features of the platform.
1. About Ratingeer for Businesses
Ratingeer is a platform that helps people research companies, websites, products, and services through ratings, reviews, and business profile information.
Ratingeer may also provide business-facing features designed to help businesses manage their presence, respond to customer feedback, and maintain accurate profile information.
Company Name: Ratingeer

2. Who These Terms Apply To
These Business Terms apply to any person or organization using Ratingeer on behalf of a business, including owners, authorized employees, contractors, agents, and representatives.
If you act on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that you are allowed to accept these Terms for that business.
3. Business Accounts and Access
Some business features may require an account, verification, or profile claim process. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity carried out through your business account or access credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date. We may request additional information where needed to verify identity, business ownership, or authorization.
4. Claiming and Managing a Business Profile
Ratingeer may allow businesses to claim and manage their profiles. If you submit a claim request, you represent that you are authorized to act for the business connected to that profile.
We may approve, reject, delay, or request more information for any claim request. A claim request does not automatically guarantee access to a business profile or business tools.
Claiming a profile does not give a business ownership over independent user reviews, public ratings, or platform moderation decisions.
5. Business Features
Depending on availability, Ratingeer may offer business-facing features such as profile management, review response tools, widgets, analytics, employee access controls, category management, or similar features connected to a business presence on the platform.
Features may change over time. Some features may be modified, limited, suspended, or removed without prior notice where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, technical, or security reasons.
6. Reviews and Business Responses
Ratingeer is a public-facing review platform. Businesses may have the ability to respond to reviews or manage parts of their public profile, but they may not misuse those features to intimidate users, manipulate ratings, or interfere with independent feedback.
Businesses must not:
- post fake reviews about themselves or others
- encourage misleading, deceptive, or coordinated review activity
- threaten, pressure, or harass users over reviews
- misrepresent their identity, affiliation, or authority
- attempt to remove or suppress legitimate reviews outside the platform’s rules
Business responses must remain respectful, relevant, and lawful.
7. Accuracy of Business Information
If you manage a business profile on Ratingeer, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and not misleading.
This includes, where applicable, business name, website, contact details, profile descriptions, categories, logos, team access information, and any public-facing business content you provide.
8. Employee and Team Access
If Ratingeer allows multiple team members or employees to access a business profile or business tools, the business is responsible for managing those permissions carefully.
The business is also responsible for activity carried out by people who are granted access through its account, team settings, or internal permissions.
9. Widgets, Integrations, and Display Features
If Ratingeer provides widgets, badges, snippets, embedded review displays, or related integration tools, businesses may use them only in a lawful and honest way.
Businesses must not use any display feature in a misleading manner, including by creating a false impression about ratings, selectively hiding material context where prohibited, or suggesting endorsement by Ratingeer where no such endorsement exists.
10. Content Submitted by Businesses
Businesses may submit profile information, replies, documents, images, or other content through the platform. You are responsible for the content you submit on behalf of a business.
By submitting business-related content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate any law, third-party right, privacy right, or intellectual property right.
You grant Ratingeer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, store, reproduce, and format that content as reasonably necessary to operate and maintain the platform.
11. Prohibited Conduct
When using Ratingeer’s business features, you must not:
- submit false or misleading information
- impersonate a business or authorized representative
- attempt to access accounts, profiles, or tools without authorization
- interfere with platform security or functionality
- scrape, copy, or extract protected platform data without permission
- use the platform to harass, pressure, or retaliate against reviewers
- upload malware, spam, or malicious content
- violate applicable law or third-party rights
12. Verification, Review, and Enforcement
Ratingeer may review business accounts, claim requests, submitted content, profile changes, or use of business tools where appropriate.
We may request verification, restrict access, reverse changes, remove content, suspend features, or take other reasonable action if we believe there has been misuse, misrepresentation, legal risk, security risk, or violation of these Terms or platform rules.
13. Availability of Business Features
We do not guarantee that every business feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business use case.
Ratingeer may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue business features at any time, especially where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or platform development.
14. No Guarantee of Reviews or Outcomes
Ratingeer does not guarantee any specific business result, reputation outcome, ranking, review volume, customer response, lead generation result, or commercial benefit from use of the platform.
Reviews and ratings reflect user submissions and public platform activity. They do not represent guarantees, endorsements, or promises made by Ratingeer on behalf of any business.
15. Third-Party Services
Business users may interact with third-party services, websites, tools, or integrations in connection with Ratingeer. We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms, or practices of third parties.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those services.
16. Privacy and Data
Use of Ratingeer is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If business users provide personal information through the platform, they must do so lawfully and only where they have the right to provide that information.
17. Suspension or Termination
Ratingeer may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to business profiles, business accounts, or business-facing features if we reasonably believe there has been misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, unauthorized access, fraud, legal risk, or harm to platform integrity.
A business may stop using the business features of Ratingeer at any time.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Ratingeer’s business-facing services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uninterrupted access, or that the platform will always be error-free, secure, or suitable for every business purpose.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ratingeer and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, reputation, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the use of business-facing features.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Changes to These Business Terms
We may update these Business Terms from time to time to reflect changes in business features, legal requirements, platform operations, or service structure.
When we make changes, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of Ratingeer’s business features after updated terms are posted may mean you accept the revised Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Business Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without prejudice to any mandatory legal rights that may apply under other laws where required.
